TOJI3

A deep insight into the nature of the human mind, the effect of laughter and the form of practice. If you think that, the very essence of ordinary life is suffering and one of the best antidotes is laughter, particularly self-laughter. We believe that each one of us is born with a life purpose, identifying, acknowledging and honoring.  We all can wake up, and we believe our basic substance is goodness. If I can’t find my goodness, I can’t find yours so that is where we start.

The fundamental shift you make from one moment to another is the practice with breathing awareness.  Our practice is one of the great values; it is the simple activity of allowing ourselves to arrive at these moments of our lives just the way it was intended. Start by just sitting, by this letting go of what is coming up next, or fully be in the present. The ability to be, or by practice the ability of being. (Be + ING = being or physical structure).  Being + human = human being (that us).  Our life is nothing other than these endless opportunities to show up.

The way we can engage in the practice can be simply described in our inspired logo, as the form that, we use breathing in meditation.  Just let the feeling of relaxation spread, from the center throughout you and enjoy the non-doing, give all your weight to the floor on the chair, and let it be firm.   Let there be a sense of blossoming.

OUR DEFINING MOMENTS

For us, was a story of a simple monk. When asked what you all do at the monastery. He replied. WE SIT, WE WALK, WE EAT, again. Everybody sit, walk, and eat. He replied.  When we sit, we know we know we are sitting. When we walk, we know we are walking. When we eat, we know we are eating. Most of the time people are lost in the past, carried away by future projects and concerns. But we are mindful, touching deeply in the present moment, we can see and listen deeply, the fruits are always understanding, acceptance, love and the desire to realize the suffering and bring joy.  When you are mindful, you can have love and understanding, you can see more deeply, and you can heal the wounds in yourself.

For us, the changing moment.

He also added that the most precious gift we can offer others is to make the most of yourself, and that presence help creating the logo.  Our logo represents the roots out to be AWAKE and BEING while the (lower curves) and the center (O) embodies the practice. These can be achieved in three parts. For our collection is function-fit-fashion but it is our spirit-body-community. During the design process, the posture design first looks like a lion’s chest or a lion’s posture sitting, which signifies strength-courage-sit.

The practice

When we all come to practice, we come with a self-serving attitude because as we know, today’s day everybody is always stressed, and too busy. This dissatisfaction manifests in a thousand different ways; it is like finding the right friend or what to eat etc. Each manifestation or tips of difficulty discomfort or suffering is a gateway to the dharma. That gateway into practice is what is to be awake.

Our endeavor here is not just elite the superphysical discomfort that we are experiencing all the time, but to practice offer us an opportunity to be awake to our deep nature.  Every aspect of these experiences assumes a certain kind of brightness, and once you learn how to laugh at yourself make things so much easier.

We are grateful for the support over these years, and most important the understanding of the nature of the human mind, our ability to bring and combined the way of the practice and the messages, that you will find throughout our collection.

It is our sincere hope that everyone that supports our project in any form will find his or her path, knowing that some of these paths might be through ways of personal, pain, discomfort, can all be characterized as everyday life and learn as we have HOW TO LAUGH.

A method of exploring your own experiences through the techniques to enable you to examine action and reaction in a non-judgmental way, to recognize the things due to experience of happiness, or to avoid unhappiness. Knowing is very practical, it is about doing things that foster serenity, happiness or confidence, and avoid things that provoke hopelessness, fear, and anxiety. The essence of these practices can be seen in our logo, not so much an effort into changing your thought and behavior. That no matter what you might think about the circumstances that you define your life, you are already good, whole and complete. It is recognizing the inherent potential of your mind.

All of these approaches to practice are just what one can say are the leaves, branches, and roots of what is called DUCA. Also, support our open-heart project.  Clothing, accessories, and cards.
